Keizer Rugpoli is a musculoskeletal medicine practice in Lelystad. The practice treats muscle and skeletal complaints and conditions using the Dr. Eppe Keizer Methode®.

Treatment method

The treatments are rooted in the classical Sickesz method. The Dr. Eppe Keizer Methode® focuses on resolving connective tissue tension that causes a specific postural misalignment.

Examination and treatment

The practice examines the whole body and always starts with the pelvis. A thorough examination and treatment usually require two sessions, followed by a check-up.

After treatment

Temporary muscle soreness, old symptoms or light-headedness may occur after treatment. Recovery can take up to six weeks after the final treatment.

• Exercise therapy or follow-up treatment is usually not necessary.
• Podopostural therapy (posture therapy using custom-fitted insoles) is an option.
