Therapy

The practice focuses on the capacity for self-healing and offers various forms of therapy. If someone chooses to continue with a treatment programme, sessions take place on average once every two weeks.

Approach

The first conversation is exploratory. Desired changes are then formulated and the approximate duration of the programme is discussed.
