Referral and reimbursement

A GP or medical specialist can make a referral. The psychologist's care is covered by the health insurer, subject to the deductible, or through a Wlz indication (Dutch long-term care eligibility assessment).

Rescheduling an appointment

An appointment can be rescheduled up to 12.00 on the preceding day to avoid charges for a missed appointment. On weekdays, this can be done by telephone between 9.00 and 17.00; at weekends, by email.
