NLsportpsycholoog is a practice for mental training in Leiden and the surrounding area. The sport psychologists support talent development and performance in sport, work and school using the Drie Batterijen® (Three Batteries) method.

Mental training

The approach works with the performance resources Denkkracht (thinking power), Gevoelskracht (emotional strength) and Lichaamskracht (physical strength). The app provides 100 days of support, and the online tools complement the training.

NLsportpsycholoog offers a three-day training course for professionals who want to work with the Drie Batterijen® (Three Batteries) method. The course consists of sessions, independent study and practical assignments, and successful completion leads to a licence as Trainer-Coach Mindboxing®.
