Motowings is a motorcycle training provider in Leiden. The company offers training in cornering technique and leaning on motorcycles with its own Wings system.

Training approach

The training sessions last four hours and take place on a closed course. Participants ride Motowings motorcycles, in groups of up to three riders and with personal guidance.

Training sessions

The training sessions cover cornering technique, body position, and building control and confidence.

• Basic Lean: basic leaning up to 45° on a Kawasaki Z650
• Advanced Lean: sporty riding and knee-down technique up to 50°
• Girls Only: Basic LEAN technique in a training session for women
• Racing: racing position and elbow-down technique on a Honda CBR600RR with stunt cage

Basic Lean

This four-hour training session covers body position, countersteering, braking, looking technique, and speed control, among other topics. It is intended for riders new to lean technique, people returning to motorcycling, and riders who want to build a foundation.

Girls Only

This training session is specifically for female riders and is led by women. Participants can sign up with a friend, colleague, or partner for a group discount.

Group days

Motowings can help plan training days for groups of female riders, such as a day out with friends, team building, or a company outing.

Available training slots can be booked through the calendar. There is an online form for a day for a group of female riders.
