About Geweldloze Communicatie Training

Geweldloze Communicatie Training provides training and coaching in nonviolent communication from Leiden. Bart Landstra works with individuals, teams and organisations on listening, expressing boundaries and building connection in conversations.

Training

The training ranges from introductions to in-depth learning and practice, online or in Leiden. There are open courses and programmes for organisations.

Coaching

Coaching is individual and can take place in Leiden, at the client's location or via Zoom. Sessions focus, among other things, on difficult conversations, conflicts, relationships and mediation.

Approach

An introductory conversation lasts 15 minutes and is free of charge, with no obligation. Coaching is based on nonviolent communication; sessions last 60 minutes and can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

About the trainer

Bart Landstra has provided training and courses in nonviolent communication since 2006. The trainers are certified by the CNVC; the training agency complies with the CRKBO quality code.
