The treatment uses gentle, attentive touch and focuses on circulation, relaxation, mobility and connection in the abdominal and pelvic area.

• Pain, tension or a heavy feeling in the lower abdomen

Approach

A session begins with a brief check-in and proceeds slowly and mindfully. The treatment is tailored to the body, breathing and the client’s boundaries; the body remains covered with a blanket.

Self-care and sessions

During the course of treatment, Françoise teaches a gentle self-massage routine to do at home. Additional self-care, such as perineal steam baths or castor oil packs, can be discussed.
