MindfulnessFabriek Leeuwarden provides mindfulness and compassion training that can be taken online from home. The courses consist of sessions in a small group led by a mindfulness trainer.

Training courses

The online MBSR training consists of eight sessions with exercises and theory. The compassion training follows MBSR and consists of eight two-hour sessions, held every other week.

Approach

Costs and reimbursement

The standard price for mindfulness and compassion training is €495. Many health insurers reimburse mindfulness training through supplementary cover; reimbursement can be up to €350.
