About Kyokugym

Kyoku Gym is a dojo and gym in Leeuwarden. The classes are based on Dutch style kickboxing and are intended for recreational participants and competitive fighters.

Training and facilities

The dojo has a competition ring and punch bags. There is also a fitness room and a training space with TRX equipment and Boxmaster poles.

Class times

The schedule includes classes for youth, adults, beginners and advanced athletes. Fitness and open gym are available on multiple days.

About the trainers

The trainers have extensive experience in martial arts and a trainer qualification such as CIOS or KSS3/4. The gym follows the guidelines of Sectie Ringcontactsporten FOG and is affiliated with NOC/NSF and the Nederlandse Vechtsport Bond.
