During coaching walks, Adriana actively uses nature in conversations and exercises. A walk lasts one and a half hours; about five sessions are often enough to continue independently.

About Adriana

Adriana has worked as a therapist for over 35 years at Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden, in recent years in the geriatrics department. In 2019, she completed the post-HBO (post-higher professional education) training course to become a walking coach and started her own practice.

Practical information

The introductory meeting is free and without obligation. Walks go ahead in the rain too; in storms or thunderstorms, they are postponed.
