About Fithom Bootcamp

Fithom Bootcamp provides boot camp training under the Stadsbrug in Kampen. Participants can choose from programmes with fixed training times, a single class or a Try-Out programme.

Programmes

FITHOM offers Flex, Focus, Flow and Try-Out programmes. The programmes vary in duration, training frequency and sports credits.

Flex Programme

The Flex Programme runs in four-week periods and offers a choice of one, two or three training sessions per week. Training sessions take place on fixed days and at fixed times, with personal guidance.

• 4, 8 or 12 sports credits per period
• Suitable for every level
• Training in a close-knit community

Focus and Flow

Focus runs for 28 weeks and focuses on technique and progress. Flow runs for 52 weeks and includes guidance and training at a frequency participants choose themselves.

• Focus Programme: 28 weeks
• Flow Programme: 52 weeks
• 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week

Trial training and booking

New participants can request a free trial class or book a single class. The single class can be booked flexibly through the app.
