Body& Mindstudio Kampen is a studio in Kampen for Qigong, relaxation and body & mind. Saskia Nuij teaches Qigong classes and sessions with Reiki and singing bowls.

Qigong classes

The classes combine movement, breathing and attention. There are fixed forms and freer classes, with exercises that participants can adapt to their own abilities.

Sound & Journey
