Personal Pieter offers personal training and HYROX coaching in IJmuiden. Training can take place at Tinca Tinca Boxing Gym or at the client's location.

Offering

There is individual and duo personal training, online coaching and HYROX programmes. Coaching includes training, technique, nutrition and lifestyle, among other things.

Approach

The programme starts with an introductory meeting and movement test. This is followed by a plan with set training times and regular check-ins and assessment sessions.

HYROX coaching

Preparation can focus on a first finish, a faster time, or taking part with a partner or team. Training covers running, stations, transitions, pacing and race planning, among other things.
