Connection conversations

A connection conversation offers space to explore a situation and consider what someone wants to express, ask or change. Clients can come alone or with someone else.

Approach

A conversation begins with one's own experience, feelings and needs. In joint conversations, both participants have time to speak and listen; afterwards, they discuss what has become clearer and whether a follow-up is suitable.

Moments of relaxation

These sessions use mindfulness, breathing and guided meditation to create space for calm and connection with yourself. They are available individually or in a small group.

Silvia is a mindfulness coach, compassion coach and certified experiential expert. Alongside her practice, she works at the High & Intensive Care unit in an adult clinic.
