Treatment

Basic mental health care programmes generally focus on mild to moderate issues and last up to ten sessions from the intake onwards.

Praktijk Mysa offers a group for new mothers who want to feel more connected to other mothers and relax more. It also describes a three-day intensive trauma treatment retreat for adults who have experienced multiple traumatic events.
