• Participation with a referral from a GP

The main location is Het Klooster in Hoogeveen. There are also consultation locations in Ruinen, Frederiksoord, Noordscheschut, and Hoogeveen.

Practical information

The practice is open on weekdays from 9.00 to 17.00. Evening appointments may be arranged by agreement. You can also drop in to meet the team.

Reimbursement and cancellations

Dietary advice is covered by the basic health insurance policy for up to three hours per calendar year. The deductible may apply; there is no deductible for children under 18. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance.

• Consultations covered under integrated care for type 2 diabetes mellitus, COPD, and CVRM (Dutch cardiovascular risk management) are fully reimbursed and do not affect the deductible
• The GLI is fully covered by the basic health insurance policy, without using the deductible
