Appointments and emergencies

You can make an appointment or ask questions by phone. For emergencies that need immediate treatment, patients can call during opening hours; outside opening hours, the answering service refers callers to the procedure to follow.

Fees and billing

Treatment fees are set nationally by the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (Dutch Healthcare Authority). Invoices are sent digitally and can be paid via iDeal or by direct debit.
