Praktijk de Nieuwe Weg (PDNW) provides therapy for adults in the Haarlemmermeer. The practice treats, among other things, identity and personality problems, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and trauma-related problems.

Therapies

Talk therapy is the basis of the treatments. The practice also offers individual and group therapy.

Groups

There are several groups, including an MBT group, men's groups, a mindfulness group and a young adults' group. There is also a group that combines mindfulness and MBT.

Who it is for

The practice is for adults aged 18 to 70 who live in the Haarlemmermeer. It does not treat clients prone to crisis, clients who need or are likely to need inpatient admission, or people with highly specialised problems.

Approach

E-health can be used as part of treatment. The practice stays in contact with GPs, POH-GGZ (Dutch GP mental health care provider) and other mental health care institutions.
