Online coaching

Online coaching focuses on the squat, bench press and deadlift, with programmes in four-week blocks. There are three packages with different levels of feedback and contact.

Training after an injury

The approach focuses on gradually extending the limits of pain-free movement. If someone is seeing a physiotherapist or doctor, Daniel takes their advice into account; Daniel Dijkstra PT has no physiotherapist and does not make diagnoses.

Getting acquainted and approach

Every programme starts with a free 30-minute introductory meeting, at the client's home, in the studio or online. This is followed by a tailored plan, and training and progress are tracked.
