Coaching Young Professionals is a coaching practice for career guidance, work stress and burnout in Hilversum. The practice works with young professionals and their employers.

Recovery from work stress and burnout

The recovery programme is based on an eight-step plan. The steps are decided together and the pace is tailored to the client.

Who it is for

CYP focuses on people in their twenties and thirties and also works with employers. The coaching can be tailored to a career change, career question, difficulty making choices, impending burnout or starting a new job.

About the coach

Tineke Loonstra-Weijland describes her approach as results-oriented, practical and solution-focused. Her training includes a two-year post-higher-professional-education programme to become a Master Coach, as well as training as a stress coach and burnout coach.

Registrations

Tineke is a recognised coach with ST!R and is affiliated with VESB. She is a certified STM-scan® assessor.
