About The Bootcamp Factory

The Bootcamp Factory provides bootcamp and other outdoor training in Hengelo and Borne. The sessions take place in teams and focus on fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination and explosiveness, among other things.

Training

The outdoor sessions combine brisk walking or jogging, interval training and fitness exercises. Sessions of different intensities are available for beginners and experienced athletes.

Memberships and cards

Monthly and annual memberships are available, along with a punch card for group classes and punch cards for personal training. The punch card for group classes is valid for six months.

• Membership: 5 bootcamp sessions per month
