Approach

A course of treatment begins with an intake to map out the request for help and draw up a treatment plan. Treatment sessions usually last 45 minutes; EMDR sessions last 90 minutes. Homework assignments are part of the treatment between sessions.

Appointments take place at the practice in Hengelo or online via video calls. You can register on your own initiative or with a referral; the practice prefers to be contacted by email.

Reimbursement and cancellations

The practice has no contracts with health insurers. Reimbursement depends on the policy; a referral letter from the GP is required for reimbursement. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
