Walking coaching

Walking coaching takes place in the countryside around Hengelo or in the Twickel woods near Hengelo/Delden. A walk lasts one to one and a half hours.

LifeCoaching Twente coaches (highly sensitive) women as they process burnout, emotions and trauma. HSP women can also learn to manage their high sensitivity. HSP (highly sensitive person) is a Dutch term commonly used for a highly sensitive person.
