About Lets Go Sport

Let's Go Sport is a training studio in Hellevoetsluis. The training focuses on strength and conditioning and includes personal training, small group training and sport-specific training.

Training

You can choose private training with your own coach or training in a small group. Small groups have a maximum of 6 people.

• One-to-one personal training
• Small group strength and conditioning
• Sport-specific training for wheelchair users, surfers, rowers and Hyrox

Approach

The first session is an opportunity to discuss getting started, the class and the equipment. If you want to start, you can train for free or book a free intake.

Practical information

Personal training can take place in the studio, at home or at your workplace. Group classes are paid monthly and have no contract, notice period or registration fee.

The team provides guidance in areas including bike fitting, running analysis, nutrition, strength and conditioning, running, triathlon, sports massage and movement patterns.
