ACT with SPIRIT is a small counselling practice in Hellevoetsluis. The practice offers body-oriented ACT and mindfulness therapy for psychological and mental health concerns, with attention to trauma and insecure attachment.

Practical information

An introductory meeting lasting 45 minutes is free. Appointments are available by video call or at the practice. If cancelled within 48 hours, the agreed session fee will be charged.
