Hella Lifestyle Coaching supports people through walking coaching in Zuid-Limburg and provides in-home support in Parkstad. Services include walking coaching, Mindful Walk clinics, online coaching and support in care and wellbeing.

Walking coaching

Walking coaching takes place in nature and combines mindful walking with breathing techniques, mindfulness and personal attention. There are individual retreats and three- or six-week programmes.

Other coaching and clinics

Alongside walking coaching, Hella offers 1-to-1 online coaching and organises Mindful Walk clinics for groups. The clinics can also be booked for an event or company outing.

Care and wellbeing

As an independent support worker, Hella provides non-medical support, companionship and in-home assistance. This also includes respite care for informal carers and exercise for older people based on QiGong.
