Praktijk Your Power is a psychosocial therapy practice in Hattem. The practice offers individual therapy for young people and adults, couples therapy, trauma therapy and grief counselling.

Approach

The client's needs are discussed during the intake session and a treatment plan is drawn up. An evaluation follows every five sessions; sessions are usually every two weeks and take place at the practice, with the option of walking sessions as well.

Fees and reimbursement

An individual session for young people up to 25 years old lasts 60 minutes; a session for adults also lasts 60 minutes. A couples session lasts 90 minutes. Sessions are not reimbursed by basic health insurance; reimbursement through any supplementary insurance may be possible.
