Approach

An individual programme consists of an intake and four to six conversations over three to five months. The person being coached decides what is discussed; the content of conversations is confidential.

About the coach

Bianca van der Maat has worked in commercial and management roles, as a consultant and interim manager, and in higher education as a teacher, coach and adviser.
