About Stress-poli

Stress-poli is a practice in Haarlem for young people and young adults with stress-related complaints. The practice works with clients to find out where their stress comes from and how they can cope with it.

Treatment

Treatment is tailored in consultation. It includes conversations, exercises and evaluation sessions; the practice works with other therapists when needed.

Approach

The practice works with the client to find out what is causing stress and which steps may help. Treatment is evaluated against the client's goal.

Practical information

The practice is located at Nieuwe Gracht 5 in Haarlem. A free introductory meeting of up to 15 minutes can take place by phone, email or app.

• Sessions last 45 minutes
• Private clients pay per session; businesses pay in advance for sessions agreed beforehand
• Haarlem Station and Nassaulaan bus stop are a six-minute walk away
• Paid parking is available outside or along the Nieuwe Gracht, by the station or in Parkbee
