Vlietzorg is a primary care centre for integrative medicine in Haarlem. The centre treats physical and psychological complaints and offers support with wellbeing and sickness absence from work.

Art therapy

Art therapy uses creative materials. Treatment starts with an introductory session, followed by a treatment plan and regular evaluations.

Physiotherapy

Fysiotherapie Bart Baaijens provides individual treatment in treatment rooms or in the exercise room. If someone cannot come to the practice, the practice provides home visits.

Treatment needs and reimbursement

Art therapy can be used to address concerns related to distressing events, bereavement, self-image, disability and stress. Treatment may be partially reimbursed through supplementary health insurance.
