Huidkliniek Dorlas is a skin and laser therapy clinic in Haarlem. The skin therapists treat acne, pigmentation spots, couperose, scars and unwanted hair growth, among other issues.

Approach

A skin therapist discusses and examines the complaints during an intake and discusses the expected results. During the course of treatment, the client and skin therapist evaluate the results; the treatment plan is adjusted if necessary.

Team and collaboration

The team consists of five skin therapists. They also work in the Dermatology department at Spaarne Gasthuis and collaborate with GPs and specialists.

The clinic has its main location at Amsterdamstraat and locations at the Dermatology outpatient clinic of Spaarne Gasthuis in Haarlem Noord and Haarlem Zuid.

Reimbursements and appointments

Most treatments are reimbursed when they fall under certain therapies; reimbursement depends on the insurance package. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; for Monday appointments, the deadline is Friday 12:00.
