Appointments and payment

A follow-up appointment is scheduled at the end of the visit or sent via an online appointment system. Appointments can be changed by phone up to 48 hours in advance; fees for reserved chair time may be charged for late changes or missed appointments.

Urgent care

For pain or urgent emergencies, contact the practice by phone. For serious emergencies in the evening and at weekends, there is the emergency dental clinic.

Reimbursement

Dental care for children under 18 is covered by the basic health insurance. Adults can take out supplementary insurance; reimbursement may then be available, and the invoice must be sent to the insurer by the patient.
