About Coaching Natuurlijk!

Coaching Natuurlijk! is Betty van Zoelen’s coaching practice in Haarlem. She supports people with career and life questions, grief and loss, stress reduction and personal development, including in or near natural areas.

Coaching

Betty works as a psycho-analytical coach, drawing on Carl Gustav Jung’s Analytical Psychology and working within the professional standards for coaching. Sessions are supplemented with at-home assignments and exercises.

Approach

Sessions take place as much as possible in or near natural areas. Walking is an option; the first meeting is in a mobile coaching space near the dunes.

Who it is for

Betty supports people who put themselves second in their relationships with others. Many clients are in the second half of their lives; she also works with people who were born as an Elvis child (a term for someone born after the death of Elvis Presley).

Coaching programme

A programme starts with a no-obligation intake to discuss the coaching goals. This is followed by, among other things, a quotation, sessions and a final session; the client decides how often the sessions take place.
