Bewust in je Kracht is a coaching practice in Haaksbergen for (expectant) parents. The coaching focuses on parenthood feeling different from what was expected, low mood and postpartum depression symptoms.

Coaching for parents

The coaching is available during and after pregnancy, and for parents who have been mothers or fathers for longer. It focuses on connecting with yourself and processing experiences around pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.

Connection mornings

Bewust in je Kracht runs connection mornings for (expectant) parents. So far, the gatherings have taken place on Sunday mornings in Haaksbergen.

The practice provides coaching programmes for employees and works together with care professionals. It also offers themed gatherings and a card deck for parents.
