Gut Care is an orthomolecular gut therapy practice in Hoofddorp. Its support focuses on gut health and possible causes of symptoms, with attention to nutrition, lifestyle, laboratory testing and personal guidance.

Guidance

A programme starts with a no-obligation introductory meeting, followed by an intake and examination, a personal therapy plan and support through the therapy phases. The programme includes evaluation meetings, check-ins and adjustments to the plan if needed.

Laboratory testing

Gut Care works with RP Sanitas Humanus for testing. During the intake, they discuss which tests suit the individual situation; any additional tests are discussed together first.

Fees and programme

The support programme consists of an intake phase, four therapy phases and a closing phase. The cost of each phase is charged before it begins; supplements and any additional laboratory tests are not included in the total investment.
