Trainen bij Teun is personal training in Groningen for people who experience discomfort when moving. The coaching includes an introductory meeting, movement analysis and tailored training in a private studio.

Approach

The programme starts with a free introductory phone call. This is followed by a movement analysis and intake at the studio; training is one-to-one and builds at the client's pace.
