Approach and appointments

A brief telephone conversation to discuss the situation is followed by an intake. Treatment can take place face to face, by video call, through e-health modules or by telephone. Appointments can be cancelled by email at least 24 hours in advance.

Reimbursement and payment

Psychological care within the BGGZ and SGGZ (Dutch basic and specialist mental healthcare) is largely reimbursed by health insurance. The practice has no contracts with health insurers; clients submit invoices themselves. Personal therapy and supervision are not reimbursed.
