Who it is for

The practice treats babies and toddlers and supports parents and expectant parents with concerns or questions about development, parenting, pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

• Parents with questions about parenting and development or difficulties in the parent-child relationship
• Expectant parents with concerns, stress or anxiety about pregnancy, birth or bonding with the baby

Treatments

Parent-child treatment focuses on the relationship and the child’s signals. Trauma treatment may be used for distressing experiences around pregnancy, birth or early childhood; EMDR is often used for this.

Heidi van ’t Hoff trained as a GZ-psycholoog (Dutch healthcare psychologist), Infant Mental Health specialist, Mindful Parenting trainer and EMDR therapist.
