Hulpverleningspraktijk Voluitleven is a practice for body-oriented psychotherapy and counselling in Groningen. Caroliene Rangeeni de Gruijter also offers EFT, EMDR, couples therapy, tantra for women and women’s coaching.

Therapy and counselling

The therapy sessions focus on reconnecting with yourself, your body, your feelings and your thoughts. The counselling is tailored to the request for help and the person’s own pace.

Tantra for women

Voluitleven organises six in-depth tantric weekends for women. Each weekend has its own theme and can be attended separately; each group has a maximum of eight women.

Approach

The practice uses Body Mind Integrated Psychotherapy. Sessions are also available online via the video chat in the secure client portal.

Training and accreditation

Caroliene Rangeeni de Gruijter lists training and courses in body-oriented psychotherapy, EFT, EMDR, tantra and family constellations. She is an accredited body-oriented therapist.
