About GroeiGeluk - Loopbaancoach en ontwikkelcoach (pre) dertigers & veertigers - Groningen

GroeiGeluk is Kim's career coaching practice in Groningen. Kim supports people in their twenties and thirties in discovering suitable work and taking steps towards their dream job.

Career coaching

The coaching is tailored and consists of conversations, exercises and assignments. A free, no-obligation intake meeting maps out the career question, the support needed and whether there is a good fit.

• Career support
• Career bucket list session with three concrete goals and an action plan
• Forest trip for doubts about work or a job application
• TMA talent analysis

Coaching programmes

There are three programmes with coaching sessions lasting anderhalf uur. The number of sessions and content differ by programme.

• career boost: 4 coaching sessions, assignments and ongoing support via WhatsApp or email
• career deep dive: 7 coaching sessions, at least one outdoor session and a TMA talent analysis
• Ultimate road trip to your dream job: 10 coaching sessions and extra job marketing sessions

Approach and location

Sessions take place in Groningen, at an outdoor location or, by arrangement, at another location. The programmes also include assignments and exercises to work on independently.

For employers

The costs of career coaching may sometimes be reimbursed in full or in part by an employer. A business rate applies to employers.
