About Advieskantoor Familierecht 050, scheiding mediator Groningen

Advieskantoor Familierecht 050 is a divorce mediation practice in Groningen. Gea Bisschop guides couples through arranging their divorce and making agreements on matters including the home, pension, maintenance and children.

Divorce mediation

The mediation helps couples arrange their divorce together and carefully. The sessions cover legal and financial consequences and practical agreements.

• Divorce
• Dissolving a registered partnership
• Legal separation
• Child maintenance
• Spousal maintenance
• Parental responsibility, contact and acknowledgement
• Parenting plan
• Division of assets
• Marriage contracts

Approach

The situation and options are mapped out, after which couples make agreements together. Gea records the agreements in a divorce settlement and, where there are minor children, a parenting plan. A collaborating lawyer handles the formal proceedings at the court.

• Understanding the options
• Making agreements together
• Recording the agreements
