About 1BALANCE | Voedingsschema’s voor afvallen | Dietiste Groningen

Body in Balans offers weight-loss meal plans from Groningen. The programmes consist of weekly menus with recipes, portions and shopping lists.

Programmes

Both programmes last twelve weeks and are paid for once. The personal programme tailors the menus to the participant’s details, goals and preferences; the standard menu has fixed portions.

• Tailored meal plans: a personal menu each week, replace meals and exclude ingredients
• Standard meal plans: a fixed menu with a choice of 1500 or 2000 kcal per day

What the menus include

The weekly menus include five eating occasions per day, with recipes and clear quantities. With the tailored programme, meals and ingredients can be adjusted and progress can be tracked.

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Automatic shopping list
• Replace meals and exclude ingredients (tailored programme)
• Track progress (tailored programme)

About the founder

Lorraine Luchjenbroers founded Body in Balans based on her own experiences with losing weight. She works with colleague Eva.

Practical information

After payment, the standard menu is available straight away. For the tailored programme, the participant first answers questions, after which the first weekly menu is prepared. The purchase is not automatically renewed.
