About Willemijn aan de Lijn

Willemijn aan de Lijn offers coaching with dogs in Groenekan. The sessions combine the presence of a dog with body-oriented and systemic work.

Coaching with dogs

During sessions, the dog can help clients be present, feel their body and recognise patterns. The guidance proceeds at the client's pace.

• Sensing and maintaining boundaries
• Finding more calm and confidence
• Letting go of fear of failure or perfectionism
• Discovering balance in relationships
• Finding clarity about choices or direction
• Recognising and breaking patterns in relationships

Approach

A dog coaching session consists of a short preliminary discussion, the session and a follow-up discussion. Sometimes the client is given an exercise to do at home; sessions can also take place with the client's own dog.

• Body-oriented work
• Systemic work
• Energy work

Family constellation

Willemijn organises family constellations with dogs. An announced gathering takes place at Hof van Barlo in Groenekan.
