The practice is on Mozartstraat in Gorinchem. It can be reached by phone daily during opening hours; between 12:30 and 13:30, it can only be reached for emergencies.

Payments and reimbursements

Invoices are sent and collected by Infomedics. Reimbursements depend on the treatment and insurance policy; for prosthetic care, the practice has a care contract with CZ and VGZ for 2026–2028.

• For treatments costing over €250, the patient receives an advance cost estimate
• A full denture is reimbursed up to 75% under the basic insurance
• Payment can be made online via iDEAL through Infomedics
• A payment plan is available for a fee; interest-free payment deferral can be requested
