Approach

The guidance looks at five levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and systemic and spiritual. Methods are tailored to what is needed at that moment.

Guidance

There are individual sessions and programmes, group sessions and workshops. The intake consists of an in-depth mapping and concludes with a relaxation exercise, hypnosis or body release.

Practical information

A Feel Good Experience lasts about an hour and a half. Transformation Sessions last two to two and a half hours; online support via messages between sessions is also available.

• No-obligation introductory call of 15 to 20 minutes
• Transformation Programme of 9 sessions, with appointments every 3 weeks
• Payment in instalments is possible

Energy treatment

The Reiki treatment consists of laying on of hands and lasts 45 minutes. During the session, singing bowls, essential oils and relaxing music are among the elements of this moment of rest.
