Movingyourmind is a body-oriented psychology practice in Geldrop. The practice offers short-term psychological treatment to adults within Basic Mental Health Care (basis-GGZ), using talk therapy, boxing therapy and yoga.

Treatment

Treatment is tailored to the request for help and can combine talk therapy, boxing therapy and yoga. The practice offers, among other things, the following forms of therapy.

Who it is for

Treatment is for adults aged 18 and over with anxiety, grief or trauma-related issues, or problems with their self-image. Other topics can also be discussed.

Approach

Basic Mental Health Care (basis-GGZ) treatment is short-term and consists of a maximum of about twelve sessions. During the intake, the appropriate form of treatment is considered.

Fees and reimbursement

Treatments following a referral from a GP are included in the basic health insurance package; reimbursement depends on the policy. The practice has no insurer contracts, so the client pays the invoice and then submits it for reimbursement.

Practical information

The practice is open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. A fee is charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled or rescheduled at short notice.
