Fit The Fun Way- FTFW offers, among other things, treatments for scars after a caesarean section and training programmes for after childbirth in Rotterdam and Barendrecht. The guidance focuses on scar recovery and gradually resuming exercise.

C-Scar treatment

The treatment is intended for scars after a caesarean section and is tailored to the scar's symptoms and needs. There is also room to process the birth mentally.

Core Restore

The six-week course combines theory about recovery with physical training. Participants receive weekly reference materials and workouts to do at home; babies are welcome.

• Safe and responsible exercise after childbirth

Locations

Treatments take place at House of Birth in Rotterdam or in Barendrecht. The Core Restore course is offered in Rotterdam and Ridderkerk.
