Guidance

After a telephone intake and personal start-up session with a fitness coach, a training plan is developed together. Trifora also offers guidance on nutrition, exercise and behaviour.

Lifestyle coaching and GLI

The exercise programme within the GLI is followed at Trifora. Registration and intake are handled through Voedingconditie and first require a referral from the GP.
