Approach

Support begins with an intake meeting to discuss the reason for seeking help and how you will work together. The therapy is experiential and eclectic; four to eight sessions are often sufficient, depending on the situation.

• Free introductory meeting of 30 minutes
• Intake meeting of 90 minutes
• Regular consultations of 60, 75, or 90 minutes

Reimbursement and appointments

Partial reimbursement through supplementary health insurance may be possible; reimbursement depends on the policy. At the client's request, consultations can take place at home or by video call when in-person contact is not possible.
