About BSR Enschede
BSR Enschede is a Body Stress Release practice in Enschede. The practice gives releases to stimulate the body to let go of stored tension.
Body Stress Release
The gentle technique uses information from the body to locate built-up tension. Light pressure techniques stimulate the body to release that tension and activate its self-healing ability.
Treatment
A release takes 45 minutes; the first appointment takes about an hour and includes an intake interview about medical history. To track the body's response, three appointments are scheduled at the start: on the first, fourth and eleventh day. The practitioner and client decide together how to proceed.
